he Hare & Hounds at Westonbirt is a three star family-run country hotel of truly English character, set in acres of well-tended gardens and woodland, adjacent to the renowned National Arboretum. From the moment you enter, you’ll experience a feeling of warmth, comfort and welcome. Fresh flowers, polished parquet floors, log fires and friendly, professional staff add to the sense of well-being. Yet, despite its beautiful rural surroundings and relaxing atmosphere, the hotel has excellent motorway and trunk road links, making travel from all parts of the UK and further afield fast and uncomplicated.

Charges for Children
We welcome children of all ages and do not charge for accommodation for those under 16 sharing their parents' room. All meals are charged as taken and a Junior Supper Menu is available.

FAMILIES - are most welcome at the hotel and we have four family rooms that accommodate up to 3 adults and/or 2 children.

Children under 16 occupying an extra bed or cot in their parents' standard double or twin bedroom are not charged for accommodation on condition that breakfast is taken and paid for.

Children under 16 in their own room are charged 75% of the adult rate.

Cots and high chairs are available but as we do not provide a baby listening service, we suggest that parents bring their own equipment.

A Junior Supper menu is available or if preferred we provide half portions of all meals on request.
