The Hare & Hounds Hotel offers both resident and local guests a choice of dining venues to suit their mood and the occasion. Whilst the restaurant is the natural choice for formal meals, special occasions and celebrations, Jack Hare’s is a comfortable and relaxing alternative with log fires in cooler weather. The hotel offers a warm welcome to non-residents throughout the day offering breakfast, morning coffee, lunches, afternoon teas and dinner, including  free WiFi connection throughout the hotel for all guests - laptop connection required.

THE WESTONBIRT RESTAURANT

This imposing, hammer beamed room overlooks the gardens and offers a pleasing selection of English and Continental dishes, complemented by an interesting wine list, ranging from Standard House Wines @ £12.50 per bottle to the Connoisseur’s Selection.

Dinner:  Daily Table d’hôte Menu at £26.00. (see sample menn)

On Sundays - an excellent three course menu with choice of five or six main courses including roast meats - £21.00 per person - booking advised.  Guests dining in the restaurant can enjoy a pre-dinner aperitif in the intimate cocktail bar or comfortable lounge which adjoins the restaurant.

Jack Hare's is open from 11.00 a.m. and provides the ideal setting for more informal meals with an extensive choice of real ales, baguettes and freshly prepared meals served in a lively, convivial atmosphere. A favourite meeting place for local residents, Jack Hare’s is also popular with conference delegates seeking relaxation and refreshment after a busy day.
