THE CHELTENHAM FESTIVAL

12th - 17th March 2007

Due to the popularity of this event and of The Hare and Hounds warm hospitality and house party atmosphere over the Festival, reservations are restricted to a minimum of 3 nights over the Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday nights of Cheltenham Week.  We regret that no reduction in price can be made for shorter stays, whether arriving a day late or leaving a day earlier than originally booked.

All reservations must be confirmed in writing, together with a completed booking form and enclosure of £150 deposit per room.  Provisional bookings will be automatically released if not confirmed within seven days.

Bed and Breakfast rates are inclusive of accommodation, full English breakfast and a copy of the Racing Post each morning.  Dinner rates include the above plus a four course dinner with coffee each evening.
